Leisure
Since its inception the Practice has been the lead consultant for Whitbread plc in that company’s development programme throughout Scotland and to date we have undertaken numerous new Premier Travel Inn projects,  extension projects and  Brewers Fayre developments. The Practice is currently working closely with Whitbread plc on an aggressive programme of new Premier Travel Inn projects throughout Scotland from Inverness to Dumfries.
Other clients in the leisure field include Punch Taverns, Townhouse Restaurants, Simpsinns, Portland Hotels, Lenzie Bowling Club, Ayr Lawn Tennis Club, and Ayr Cricket Club

Commercial
Clients in the commercial sector include Scottish Enterprise Ayrshire, Aspin Estates, Costa Coffee, South West Saab, the Simon Taylor Group, the Original Shoe Company, Glasgow Prestwick International Airport, Highland and Islands Airport Authority, Yorkshire Television, Burns National Heritage Park and Turner Facilities Management.

Health
In the health sector the Practice has extensive experience across Scotland and the North of England, having successfully completed major projects in Johnstone, Lanark, Willington, and Cumbernauld for both private developers (Trinity Medical Properties and Sapphire Primary Care Developments) and the public sector (Lanarkshire Primary Care Trust). Several refurbishment and extension projects for individual doctors’ and dental surgeries have been successfully carried out throughout Ayrshire.
Various projects are currently underway with NHS Ayrshire and Arran throughout Ayrshire, and in Newcastle for Trinity Medical Properties.

Residential
Through its integrated town planning and architecture services the Practice operates in the residential sector from strategic greenfield land identification and promotion through the Development Plan process to detailed site layout and house design. Key clients include Stewart Milne Holdings, Dickie and Moore Ltd, Dickie Homes Ltd, JHP Developments, Hope Homes (Scotland) Ltd., Bellway Homes, Dundonald Estates, Capital Homes (London) Ltd, Combined International Investments Ltd., Ayrshire Housing, Shire Housing Association and Atrium Homes.
Individual bespoke houses for individual clients are a key feature of the Practice workload, with several high quality examples completed within Ayrshire.

Educational
Key clients in the educational sector include South Ayrshire Council, North Ayrshire Council, Stirling Council, the Scottish Agricultural College, and the Hannah Research Institute.

Town Planning
