Architecture
Architecture and design is the core element of the Practice and covers the full spectrum and scale of developments projects. The philosophy of a partnership approach with clients and contractors combined with an innovative design approach is instrumental in achieving high quality design solutions for everyone to enjoy. The Practice actively promotes contemporary architecture and aims to create interesting and thought-provoking buildings through  the introduction of natural light and the creation of space.

Town Planning
In addition to providing advice on planning and environmental law and practice to a wide range of commercial and individual clients, the town planning role of the Practice covers the complete spectrum of development projects including opencast coal mining, landfill, quarrying, papermill extensions, development master-planning, and residential and commercial developments. The Practice also participates in various development projects involving Environmental Impact Assessments, and represents clients at Local Plan and Planning Appeal Inquiries.

Interior Design
A key element of the design philosophy of the Practice relates to the internal environment and appearance of the buildings it designs. A key objective is to achieve, through an amalgam of natural light and colour, a high quality environment for the occupiers and users of a building.  This is a clear underlying objective of the leisure, health, education, commercial and residential projects which are undertaken by the Practice.

Project Management
The ability to deliver projects on time and on budget is a principal aim and strength of the Practice. Through structured management practices and the development of professional working relationships with clients, contractors and service providers, the desired objective  of efficient project management is achieved.
